Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel has a great location, but the rooms needed updating and were located right above the swimming pool and gym, causing a chlorine smell.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room, though not ready on time, was great and super quiet, but the delay in readiness was a downside. The service had its highs and lows, with some staff members being friendly while others were less than helpful. The location was excellent for the event I attended, but some aspects should have been handled better. The dining experience was a bit of a letdown for me. Despite these mixed feelings, the hotel had its charms.
The hotel was in a central location, making it convenient to explore Nashville's bars and attractions. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, but the lack of a shower curtain was a downside. The walls were thin, affecting the overall experience. Despite the high price, likely due to the location, the stay was pleasant overall.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable with contemporary furniture and excellent room darkening curtains. However, the layout was a bit tight and strange. The service was wonderful, especially with restaurant recommendations and professional staff. The location was ideal for walking to nearby attractions like Nissan Stadium and Broadway. The dining experience was good, offering a decent selection, although the bacon was skipped. The facilities were well-maintained, adding to the positive experience.
